The beauty of Spring and its message

Oh, Spring! What a season! What a message it carries! The message of renewal, the message of rebirth, the message of hope, the message of constant joy and laughter.

It all starts with a bud, then with a flower, and then our whole world seems to change in a beautiful picturesque painting, except that we are a part of it. We are surrounded by it, and we live in it. While we are in it, we experience it on a deeper level. It seems that our whole world has changed for the better.

With the arrival of spring, every year seems to bring wonder into our lives. Have you ever thought why we wonder every year when we see the first signs of spring? Throughout our lives, most of us, we experienced this season for a continual number of years, yet every spring we wonder, and our hearts fill with hope and joy. We feel like we want to start everything new.

I believe, that each season has its specific message for us, but this particular one carries a whole different message. This message is unique and hopeful. We should engrave it in our minds and our hearts every time we lose hope, especially when we experience difficult moments and hardships. Is this message not wonderful?

When hope fills our hearts, we start believing again. We say to ourselves: "I will bloom again, and I will be hopeful. I am reaching the best part of my life. I am getting to the part where I need to be. I am getting to the part where I wish to be."

We can’t see nature "crying", or we can’t see nature "sad" with our physical eyes, but if we look deeply into it, we can feel it. We can "feel" nature going through its stages of evolution.

I say yearly evolution because nature "cries through its raindrops", gets "angry through its storms" and then "smiles" again when the sun is shining bright. We see the change in nature's seasons. We are not sorry for it, because we know that all we see in nature is natural. Nature has to run its course.

This is similar to what we experience in our lives. Everything is natural. Everything happens when it should at the right time. Nothing is forced (except when we force it). All is becoming. Let’s learn from nature and receive all that life gives us so we can pass gently to another season of our lives.

When life gets difficult, we feel sorry for ourselves. We seem to get "stuck" where we are. Let’s try to learn from nature's wisdom and keep on going. Let’s not forget to plant new seeds to grow and evolve in what we need to flourish, to feel accomplished and whole.

The return of spring fills our hearts with joy, hope and gratitude. With its arrival, we look forward to waking up in the morning and being out in nature. We are longing for the delicate fresh air in the mornings and wish to keep our windows open wide and hear the cheery song of birds. We are so excited to eat out in the garden or enjoy a cup of tea on our terrace.

Spring brings us out in nature. It invited us to connect to it on a deeper level. When we lay down on the grass and look at the blue sky, or walk bare feet we start to feel it closer to us. Nature is a part of us, and we are a part of nature.

When spring returns we receive a special invitation to be out in nature, observe how it puts on the most glorious garments and see its graceful beauty. What a magnificent way to experience its rebirth every single time it comes!

Nature rested before the arrival of spring. Nature took its time to come back again in all its glory. We should follow its rhythm and do the same in our lives. When life gets tough, take your time to rest. When you rest you can see clearly what you need to see, and then you find your equilibrium easier and continue your life journey.

Embrace the hardships and the storms in your life and rebirth to a new state of being. Life is not meant to be lived only in one season. Life is meant to be lived throughout all its seasons.

It all starts with our mindset. It all starts with our wish to see the experiences of our lives in different nuances. Remind yourself that not all is black and white. Try to rise, and feel free as a bird. Fly as high as you can. When you spread your wings, feel the freedom of being up there. Try to feel what you need to feel, to want more and live more life as it is.

This spring, I invite you to stop every time you have the opportunity and observe the formation of a leaf, the buds of flowers, and the rebirth of the trees around you. Become a part of your environment and feel its energy. Feel the soft breeze of the wind on your face, the gentle touch of the sun rays on your skin and the space around you when you are in nature. Try to live in the present
moment as it comes and JUST BE.

Organize picnics and outings with your loved ones and your extended family as often as you find the opportunity. Invite your friends and enjoy the arrival of spring. Celebrate the life and its message! All that is out there is for YOU!

The generous gifts of nature are the ones that we should always accept and be glad to have in our lives. Be like spring and bloom over and over. Keep hope in your heart regardless of all the seasons in your life. Oscar Wilde said: "A flower blossoms for its own joy." Let's all be flowers and bloom for our joy and our unique life journey.
