1. General

1.1 Within the business contact between Grace and Glory of Nature and the customer, the customer agrees with our terms and conditions.

1.2 Other individual agreements that differ from our terms and conditions must be confirmed by Grace and Glory of Nature in written.

1.3 With your order you accept our terms and conditions.

2. Contract

2.1 Our online store is aimed at private customers only.

2.2 Your personal data (E-mail address, name and address, etc.) must be correct and complete when you place an order.

2.3 The purchase contract becomes binding as soon as the order has been carried out and your order has been confirmed by Grace and Glory of Nature by E-Mail.

3. Price and payment

3.1 The prices from our online store are the ones quoted on the Website at the date the order is received.

3.2 You can only pay in advance. The goods will be delivered as soon as we have received the payment.

4. Delivery

4.1 The delivery dates specified in the contract are not fixed dates. We strive to deliver within 7 days, but in rare cases the delivery can take up to 15 days. If you placed your order on Saturday or Sunday or other public holiday, that means that your order will be proceeded on the first working day after your payment arrived to us.

4.2 We can only guarantee your order will leave our studio in time for the delivery. We CAN NOT guarantee your order will arrive on time, as this is down to our shipping partner.

4.3 Unfortunately, we do not post to PO boxes.

4.4 Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the price and is the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office directly prior to placing the order.

4.5 Once your shipment is received by the carrier, we are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.

4.6. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4.7. Please note, if your order contains preorder items, it will be sent out together once all products are in stock.

5. Changing orders

5.1 In case you wish to change your order or delivery address, please e-mail us at welcome@graceandgloryofnature.com as soon as possible. We aim to be really fast at processing and shipping your order, so please note that once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, it may not be possible to make any changes to your order, however, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

6. Return policy

6.1 We believe you will love our products, however, should you have to, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. We advise you use the tracked shipping method for any returns.

6.2 We only accept returns for new and unworn items. Returned items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

6.3 If you placed more than one order and you want to return every item, please send them back to us individually. In this case we can guarantee a quick and correct handling of the return process.

6.4 You can make a return by completing the form on our homepage. This form must be filled out completely and truthfully.

6.5 We assume no responsibility for incorrect information on your part.

6.6 Conditions

6.6.1 If the contract has been revoked, you have 14 days to return the items started with the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. Send us the item to the address mentioned on our confirmation E-Mail.

6.6.2 For the returned item we do not pay the delivery.

6.6.3 If the returned item is damaged, we are entitled to withhold a corresponding fee.

6.6.4 As soon as your package arrives to us, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear back in your account.

7.1 We collect, process and use personal data only within the framework of the statutory provisions and, if necessary, with the consent given by you. We do not pass on any personal data to third parties without your consent.

We only transfer your data to third parties as far as it is necessary, for example to our logistics partners and to the shipping service.

You give us your consent to receive information and advertising material from us by E-Mail. You have the right to unsubscribe if you do not want to get further advertising material from Grace and Glory of Nature. Open you last advertising E-Mail from Grace and Glory of Nature and unsubscribe at the end of the E-Mail.
